Terms of Service — Resume Builder

1. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your personal devices for creating and exporting resumes, subject to these Terms.

2. Your Content

You retain full ownership of the resume content you create in the App. Since this content is stored only on your device, you are solely responsible for backing it up (for example, by keeping copies of exported PDFs).

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to create content that is unlawful, fraudulent, or infringes on the rights of others, and not to attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the App's normal operation.

4. Templates and Exports

Resume templates provided in the App are for your personal use in creating your own resumes. Exported PDFs are yours to use, share, and submit as you see fit.

5. Advertising

The App is supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. Ads help keep the App free to use. We do not control the specific content of third-party ads.

6. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any resume created with it will result in employment outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SR Computers and Career4u shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data stored on your device.

8. Changes to the App or Terms

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to discontinue the App or any of its features at our discretion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable local law in the jurisdiction where SR Computers and Career4u operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
